Women in Youth Ministry

Being a woman called to ministry can be tricky. Youth ministry in particular can require navigating the balance between the needs of students, families, churches, and the “boys club” atmosphere that is frequently part of the job. You don’t have to drink soda through a sock (or other gross games) or be able to grow a goatee to be an effective and engaging youth minister - you just have to love Jesus and be authentically you! Let’s talk about building community and leading like the women God’s created us to be.
