We appreciate the enthusiasm for our upcoming YOUTH 2023 event in Daytona Beach! Because of the incredible response and youth leaders planning way, way ahead, all rooms at the Hilton Oceanfront Resort are now sold out. If you already have confirmed room reservations at the Hilton, there are no changes to your reservations. (Note: If you are one of those early-bird-gets-the-worm youth leaders with rooms at the Hilton, and you happened to have reserved more than you needed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.)
The Plaza hotel was our overflow hotel, but they experienced storm damage over the winter and are closed for renovations. But not to worry! Our new overflow hotel is the Best Western Plus Daytona Inn Seabreeze Oceanfront, which is within walking distance (on the beach even!) of both the Hilton and the Ocean Center where all YOUTH 2023 events will take place. These rooms are equipped with two queen beds or one king bed and a sleeper sofa, which will allow up to four people per room. Rooms also have mini-fridges, coffee makers, and several other amenities. Please note that a small deposit is due at the time of booking. The room block is listed under Discipleship Ministries YOUTH. The room rates are $189/night for July 25, 26, 27. If you want to arrive early, room rates are $179 for July 23 and 24. There are no rooms available at our event rate after the night of July 27.
As leaders go through the registration process, leaders are responsible to reserve rooms directly with the Best Western Plus Daytona Inn Seabreeze Oceanfront on behalf of their group. Leaders also create their own rooming assignments, following their church’s Safe Sanctuaries® policy (or equivalent abuse prevention policy) in organizing their participants for sleeping arrangements.

Can I change the dates to arrive at Daytona Beach earlier, or stay after the event is over?
If you would like to change the dates of your stay beyond the defaulted event dates of checking in July 25 and checking out July 28, click on “Edit Stay” at the top of the reservation landing page and change the dates. Our rate is available two days before the event, based on availability.
Can I reserve more than one room at a time?
Absolutely! When reserving online, use the “Rooms and Guests” line to adjust the number of rooms you would like to secure.
Will they charge me at the time of reservation?
Up to a 10% deposit will be taken at the time of reservation to secure your room(s).
What is the room rate?
The room rates are $189/night for July 25, 26, 27. If you want to arrive early, room rates are $179 for July 23 and 24. There are no rooms available at our event rate after the night of July 27.
Can I pick my room type at the time of reservation?
From the reservation page, you will be able to pick between the following room types: King Bed Oceanview, King Bed Cityview, 2 Queen Beds Oceanview, 2 Queen Beds Cityview. There are a limited number of each room available, so we encourage booking early to get your preferred view and arrangement.
Does the Holiday Inn have a daily resort fee?
As part of our contract, we have had the daily resort fee waived for all participants. Also, included with the reservation are the following amenities: Free Wi-Fi, reduced parking to $5, use of the Fitness Center and access to all activities onsite (pool, beach, cornhole games, fire pits, etc.)
Does the Holiday Inn charge for parking?
We have been able to get a discounted rate for self-parking. The daily rate will be $5 per car per night. The parking lot is located adjacent to the hotel.
When will the hotel reservation link close?
The link will be open until June 23, 2023, or until the room block is sold out. After this date, there is no obligation by the hotel to hold rooms or offer our discounted rate.
