Who Can We Be Together? A Biblical Exploration of Luke 13

We want to engage the teens in studying Luke 13. We hope that the youth will find joy and excitement as we work with them to go deeper in their study of Scripture. Where do we see Jesus? How is Jesus calling us to respond and how can we find healing and wholeness in Christ's love?

Workshop leader: Anita Hahn, Michelson Memorial UMC United Women of Faith

How will it help you be BOLD? This workshop will intentionally invite young people to see the challange and life Jesus wants us to grab onto which may mean going against our cultural norms and values. It will call us to stand up and to be heard as we seek to help our churches and communities shine Christ's love.

Audience Age Range:

  • Younger Youth (6-8th grades)
  • Older Youth (9-12th grades)
