Developing Your Leadership Skills

By understanding your leadership style and how to improve upon it, you will be able to develop the ability to analyze your own communication style, and improve your ability to work in a team setting, set goals, have productive conversations, and deliver engaging presentations. During this training sessions you will learn about your preferred leadership and communication styles and how that impacts your ability to lead and communicate with others.

How will it help you be BOLD? To begin “being ourselves living different” we must know ourselves. During this workshop, we will analyze our own leadership style, which is something we sometimes keep hidden from ourselves.
