Rachel Billups

Rachel Billups is an author, leader, and visionary. She currently serves as the Senior Pastor at New Albany United Methodist Church.

Rachel is an ordained Elder within The United Methodist Church and holds a bachelor’s degree in Bible/Religion and History from Anderson University and a Master of Divinity Degree from Duke Divinity School.

Rachel is preparing to release an Advent study this September – An Unlikely Advent: Extraordinary People of the Christmas Story. She and her husband, Jon, have four children – Adeline, Christopher, David, and Sarah.
