Evaluation
This event takes place every four years, as required by the United Methodist Book of Discipline. Taking the observation that we can go on toward perfection, we would like to hear about your experiences. Your feedback will help shape the next event. Giving
During GYPC 2026, we will have two opportunities to give. This can be done by online, any time.
Youth Service Fund
The Youth Service Fund is organized as the "by youth, for youth" grant fund from the United Methodist Church. Donating this fund allows more money to be allocated to projects around the world, which are led by young people and positively impact young people.

Irish Methodist Youth and Children’s Department
IMYC exists to love and serve children and young people and those who lead them, desiring to help them take their place in God’s Mission through the local, connexional and world Church. By donating to their general fund, you will support many efforts for children and youth connected to the Methodist Church in Ireland.
Future Opportunities
One of the goals of the 2026 GYPC is to connect participants with ministries, initiatives, programs, and opportunities after the conclusion of the event. Watch this page to be updated with a link to an interest form that will help you match what you care about, and what you experience at GYPC, with future opportunities.
Incident Report Forms
- If there is an event which causes discomfort or conflict, including accidents, please come to the Event Office in Room 19 to complete an incident report form. This helps us properly document and respond.
- If unable to come to the event office, a copy of the incident report form can be completed online.
